------------------ Quaylon Chattersonline Services AdministratorHey Saaby, I know a few of these off hand and i’m gonna try to get them right lol “k” mode means keyed! That means that you can set a key that users have to type in before they enter your room. I’m not sure how it works for i have not used it! Mode “m” means moderated! That means if you set the room to +m no one will be able to speak unless given Voice by the room operator/Moderator/Host! Mode “s” mean Secret! It just makes your room to be marked as secret! With all the changes and Updates Dave is working on i don’t think you will find a use for the “s” mode!! Mode “i” is for invite! It makes your room invite only, so no one will be able to come in unless you invite them in, Which will not be a good idea to use also, because the server is set to were you can only be in one channel, and doing that mode would only block users from your room! Mode “l” i believe is the Limit mode, were you can set a room limit to the room were only so many people can enter! Mode “P” is kinda like mode “s” it stands for private, and really wouldnt be of any use right now! Mode “n” means no external message, most channels are auto marked +n but if not its up to you! Is the room your talking about registered? If so then the way to re-op yourself is to make sure you are using the Nick you used to register the room, and that you are using the right pass to the nickname! Once you are doing this you should be able to op yourself! If you are already on the chat and you become De-oped and want to re-op you can then type /msg chanserv op #Roomname Nick and it should re- op you if you are using the nick that is set as the owner/founder 🙂 I hope that this helps if you still need help please feel free to come back and let us know whats going on 🙂 Well see ya around 🙂

------------------ Quaylon Chattersonline Services AdministratorHello NexusBand, Yes there is a way, all you have to do is type in /msg chanserv register yourpasshere roomdescroption and once you do that it will register your chatroom, but make sure before you try that command that you have registered your Chat Name Prior to trying to register a room 🙂 Once you have registered your room use command /msg chanserv set #roomname topic your topic here and that will set your topic. And everytime you enter the room it will be the same! Also make sure you are using the Registered chat nick that you used to register the room and everytime you enter the room it should op you 🙂 If you should still need help please come back here or come to #Backchat and We will try to assist you better 🙂

If you created a room you should have permanent Moderator/op’s! You might have made the normal mistake of making a chat that already exists! So try making a new room but a diff name or add a few characters to the name you want! And after you make your room just go into your room abd type /msg nickserv register yourname yourpassword youremail and that should register your nick! Then type /msg chanserv register channelname channelpass channel description and that should register your chatroom! Make sure you register your name before you register your chatroom so when you go to register your chatroom it will assign you as auto moderator/founder!
*****Also please be sure you always sign in using then name you used to registered your chatroom with and that you login with that password so that the system will ident you and give you your auto moderator!!!!!! Have a nice day! If you should need more help please let us know!!!!!!!
