No you dont have to add the names of people you want to join your room. And all people have to do is type in there name at your website and hit the chat button and they will be directed to your room. And when they get there they will most likely start chatting to others that are there. Its pretty straight forward if you ask me

Pending on what bot it is you would have. You would have to type /msg <botname> adduser <moderator name> channel op or channel master or channel. It all depends on how much you trust that person. Also your room should be registered. That way you will have a bot and the server will keep all records of all moderators on file

Hey D where do you find the time to come up with these polls?!?!?!?! I think they are funny as hell though. As for my thoughts about online chat well…I think its a nice way of getting to know people without even having to look at their face. I’ve been chatting online now for about 8 years and i enjoy it alot and thats why im still around
