I do understand that. But that was’t really what I tried to ask. I understood that a BOT could control in ‘room’ commands, so I thought that it should be possible to get a BOT in my room preventing Nick change.
I’ve secured and hidden my room (conform the FAQ) and I’ve set it to Invite. Yet it’s possible to enter ‘my’ room from another one, by using a ‘stranger’ nick.
Is it possible to make the BOT check nickpasswords only and kick users with an illegal one? (I have incorporated a direct link into Ikonboard, I can add nick=’namefromdatabase’ and I can add nickpass=xxxxx in the direct url). This would allow me to ‘properly’ secure the chatbox.
