I have made some modifications to the chat servers to level the java chat playing field (so to speak).

Standard IRC access clients and JavaChat (as always) are limited to 1 room/channel.

/names command disabled. (well mostly, I broke the nickname list in javachat when it was completely disabled so now it works on a limited basis)

/whois room/channel info removed.

/list command disabled.

/who command disabled.

Why? To cut down on spam. (I hate it!)
