At approximately 12:35 AM on 6/22/2001 – CAIS internt (our colocation facility) experienced a lightning Strike which took out power on their core grid. Virginia Power has restored the Circuit on a temporary Power Feed and our 2 servers are back online. We may possibly experience another reboot over sometime before Monday, this being when Virginia Power cuts back to the primary Power Feed at the Data Center. CAIS does have backup Power generators feeding the core grid, and it is possible also that we do not experience any reboots.
