    One of our chatters has been having difficulty getting into our chat room for several weeks now. I’ve tried the basic trouble shooting…delete temp. int. files and cookies, reboot, re-install java, etc. but nothing seems to work.

    I was recently told that there is a way to access Chatters Online chat rooms through MIRC. If so, how would they go about doing this?

    Does he accept the warning popup?

    What browser does he have? Which OC?

    Hey aLeSs!

    Thanks for replying!

    I’ve already tried dealing with all those issues. The chatter has IE 6.0 and Windows XP, has accessed the chat before and has always accepted the certificate.

    The only viable alternative I can think of is this one that I am posing which I have no idea how to go about doing. Any ideas how to access the room via MIRC?

    First you connect to the irc server, and then you type:

    /join #roomname

    simple as it is:)

    Nope…if not I wouldn’t be asking. What is the IRC server that they should connect to?
