I found this under the FAQ but it makes no sences? Could sombody break this down into a explination for a person who has never registered a room before? I see allot of people have asked to register rooms but I do not see an answer to the question. Thanks in advance.
“How do I register my room?
Before you can register your room on the chat server you will need to register your nickname on the chat server also. The one used here on the website is seperate.
To register your nickname using the “basic” room type:
/nickserv register YourPassword YourEmail
To register your nickname using the “advanced” room click on the “register” option under the “NICKSERV” drop down menu and enter the requested information at the prompt boxes.
Before you can register your room on the chat server you will need to gain room operator status. If the room is not already registered you will recieve this status if you are the first to join. If your nickname has an @ character in the front of it you have room operator status.
To register your room using the “basic” room type:
/chanserv register YourPassword RoomDescription
To register your room using the “advanced” room click on the “register” option under the “CHANSERV” drop down menu and enter the requested information at the prompt boxes.”

Don’t know what would be difficult for this, but it means you have to type /nickserv register yourpassword youremail and then your nick will be registered.
Before you can register your room on the chat server you will need to gain room operator status. If the room is not already registered you will recieve this status if you are the first to join. If your nickname has an @ character in the front of it you have room operator status.
It means you have to be the first in a non-registered room. Then you have an @ next to your name and you are able to register it
To register your room using the “basic” room type:
/chanserv register YourPassword RoomDescription
You have to type /chanserv register yourpassword roomdescription to register your room. roomdescrption means the discription of what sort of room you have to chat in, for example: sportchat, all talk about sports.
After you did all this your room is registered
Next time you log in you have to identify yourself with nickserv:
/nickserv identify yourpassword
and @ yourself:
/cs op
Hopefully it’s all clear now!
