    Syntax: /chanserv SET #roomname OPNOTICE (ON | OFF)

    Enables or disables the op-notice option for a room.

    When op-notice is set, ChanServ will send a notice to the

    room whenever the OP or DEOP commands are used for a user in the room.

    Nothing rhymes with Cindy Crawford after 9 coronas...
