Syntax: /chanserv IDENTIFY roomname password

Authenticates you to ChanServ as the founder of the given

room. Many commands require you to use this command

before using them. The password should be the same one

you sent with the REGISTER command.

Note: The # character needs to be in front of the room’s name.
