I am trying to register my channel, but it says that I must be an operator..
I entered in “/chanserv op” and nothing happened. So I tried again to register, using this (which as far as I am aware is correct):
/chanserv register #channel password description
obviously replacing with my own information, but it still said I wasn’t the channel operator..
I have the ‘@’ symbol next to my name, what’s wrong?
What is your channel? Can you please provide a link to it?
Is your nickname truelly registered? Have you identified your NICKNAME before you even tried register the channel. You need to be in the channel, identified

~~~Misty~~~{@ Im the little one...and mysterious oneMisty.. Her problem is she can’t register altough she is the first person in chatbox WITH an @.. It’s an random problem.. much people asked it.. Don’t know what’s wrong with that.. Dave always helped in that kind of situations
I have the same problem “must be channel operator” and I AM..and registered ‘nick’ and logged on with ‘nick’ which was ‘recognized’…any ideas as to where next?
