It’s hard to say what may be going on here. One possible solution would be to download Mozilla and see if that works. Mozilla use Sun Microsystem’s java plugin which can be downloaded from sun.com and used with IE also. Microsoft does not offer their java virtual machine for download anymore after being sued by Sun for doing so.

If they have some sort of ad blocker software running they may need to add chattersonline.com to their exemption list. This may or may not be the case or solution but worth a try.
