A little clarification if you would. I am new to this and not familiar with all this stuff. Who are the “IRC operators” that can see the actual address? Are they restricted by any kind of Privacy Policy? (yes, I have read yours).

When you said the IP addresses are masked. I am presuming you mean that is the information that starts with ~jchatter@ followed by goobledy gook followed by the ISP and the goobledy gook part is the masked part?

Last but not least.. while the help system for chanserv and nickserv is great, is this information availabe in another form somewhere? Hard to figure out at times where you need to go to find out what you need to know!
