Do we have a bot, or can we configure one that:
-Is smarter than chat programs that auto-rejoin
-Can be set to auto kick after a user is idle for, say, 30 minutes–but ONLY when there are more than 2 people in the room.
The main problem we’re having is people that stay logged on all the time to, well, log–but if there’s less than 2 people in the room there’s not much to log anyway and then it just becomes a nuisance to the people in the room.
If we don’t have this, what do we have exactly?
If i am not mistaken, anyone with op status can kick someone from the room for inactivity. You can set the reason for kick to inactivity.

No, that can’t be the problem
just went into chatroom now, typed bad word in black, and got kicked. Went back in, chose colour, used same bad word and never got kicked.

I’ll have a bit more time this evening to take a look but from the sound of it it would seem that you need to update your java plugin at http://www.java.com (but without knowing what browser your using or operating system it’s hard to say)
I tried the link and I got into the chatroom. I have found that a lot of my users cant get to the log on page of my chatroom in spite of downloading the java. The only thing I can think of is the firewalls or pop up blockers are causing the problems. Is there any way to overcome that? installed the nav 2004 internet security and could not get into the room until i uninstalled it again. Zone alarm allowed me in.
