    Hi,

    is there a way of stopping people from timing out and disconnecting if they do not say anything for a certain amount of time?

    No.

    You will have to create an own bot and place that one in your chatroom.

    But we do not offer any help due creating chatbots

    Yes. But it was a missunderstanding. I thought you mean: autokick when people say noting for a time..

    But if they keep disconnection, that’s because of their own

    – slow connection

    – firewall

    – long-time-inactivity

    etc…
