    Dear All,

I currently have created a chat, however I have a couple of users that can not see the Java Logon Box – I was wondering if there is a way to get the code to add a hyperlink to the chat on my site?

I am afraid to create a new chat as I have many registered users and moderators – I do not want to have to redo everything – any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance,

    Eric Nark

Ps. Dave Thanks for providing this service – It is truly appreciated by me and my chat users.

Do they have java installed on their computer? Can you see it? Are they using an updated version of IE or Netscape?

Could you please provide a link to your chatroom for us to look at?

When creating the chat code there is also a “chat link” that is generated just below the logon box code. This link also uses java so if they are having java problems it may not work.

Have your users make sure they have java enabled in their browser and have any personal firewall/privacy software allow the chattersonline.com domain to run java and javascript as well.

Also, the users that are having problems may wish to upgrade to the latest browsers if they haven’t already.
