It would be nice if there were some tutorials, more detailed explanations of how to install the chat,
customise it, and how to use the commands/operate. For example with the register your operator username and password
for the chat within the chat, it would be better to let people know that they must enter that information from within their chat
room box when they are logged into it, also it says just to use the command /nickserv register YourPassword YourEmail, that
is not enough for some users, it should have a following example such as this, it should say underneath or
somewhere on the page: for example (/nickserv register B4432 [email protected]) and specify that the username they logged
in with is the one that will be registered so that the user does not become confused thinking they might have to type in their
user name with the command making the mistake as such (/nickserv register Michael Mcnight B4432 [email protected]) and
there should be a tutorial or tutorials link within the site navigation menu so that the user does not have to spend eternity searching
the forum needlessly for answers only to mess up again and do it wrong, so they don`t end up like a dog running in circles chasing
their own tails. Another thing that would be helpful is an answer to whether or not a person could upgrade their chat room to remove
the banners, if that is not possible then it would be cool if it were listed so somewhere plainly on the site, maybe a site
resources page as well as the tutorials. A contact link fot the web site would also be nice
If anyone else thinks this is a good idea, post a reply letting everyone know your opinion.
