Hi guys!
I have a big problem.
On my PC at home I cannot use the chat …
instead of the chat window, it’s an red X exactly like the one when a picture is not available…
At work , when I connected … it worked. The popup window appeared and asked me to Install the applet.
What can I do?

Did you read these forums? I can say no, Cause this is a random problem and so much people asked it. So if you just looked around you didn’t have to wait until my answer and had already seen the answer.
The problem is, you don’t have JAVA installed, so you have to go to http://www.java.com and click on ‘Get it now’ don’t that work? Then try the ‘Manual Download’
