I’m new to this, so I apologize for my stupidity.
I thought I followed the directions, but when I log in to the chat nothing happens. I get the screen but it remains gray with only the commands listed on the right-no user name, space to type, etc… Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It seems to be working fine for me. Did you accept the digital certificate granting the applet permission to run? If you said no clear your cookies and temp internet files and try loading it again.
Are you on a Mac? Not all Mac computers will work with the applet.
