    Yes.. umm im having trouble when i hire ops or mods what the whole level thing is about…. I have looked at the Nickserv and Chanserv portals for help but they didnt do me any good.. Please help me fix this..

    Also when i try to create a level it says: Command useless in this mode…

    Im not sure what to do… PLEASE HELP
