Still got a lot of people who say they can’t get into the chat room I think its windows XP users (without Java engine installed) we have a link to down-load it from the SUN site
e.g. http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_automatic.jsp
But they say they still can’t get in. Anyone got any other ideas/help?
I also have one person who answered ‘NO’ to except the jpiolt security certificate how can they get round that?

Hopefully that will clear out the applet and they can try again.
The only problem I have had with the java download from Sun is with Linux and Konqueror web browser. I really have no idea what to say here on that. Perhaps downloading Mozilla’s latest Firefox browser with a windows installer would work for them? Just a thought.
On a side note, I’ll be updating the applet to the latest version which should give anyone a chance to say ‘yes’ where they said ‘no’ when it asked for permissions to run. Not tonight. More like tomorrow night.
