She is using IE and has XP. She gets to the page where the login screen is, but there is no sign in box there for her. She is the only one that experiences this problem, could it be Java related?
Yes it is a java problem. I had the same problems. I would go to http://www.java.com and get the newest update of it. It shoudl work then. So if you have any rether questions just ask away.
