ParticipantI just created a room for my site, but whenever i go into it there’s just a grey box in the middle and i can’t do anything. Why is this? click here for my page containing the room
Also, do friends of mine have to be members to use the room?

ParticipantHey! Congrats on getting your room up!
The big grey box is probably because you failed to accept the certificate when you were accessing the chat room. If you did it the first time and aren’t prompted any longer to accept it, try deleting your cookies and temporary internet files…reboot your computer and try again.
If this doesn’t work…try uninstalling the Java software on your computer and then try installing the newest Java software from http://www.java.com
If that doesn’t work…try uninstalling your internet browser and installing the newest version (Ex: Internet Explorer 6.0 from http://www.microsoft.com)
As far as your other question, no one has to be registered to chat in your room, unless you set it up that way.
Well…again…congrats on the new room! Hope you get it working right! Pax!

ParticipantI checked up your room and everything works fine.
Just like GodSquad said, you have to accept the trust popup. If you don’t get it anymore, you have to delete your cookies and temporary internetfiles and reboot, then it’ll have to work yes.
But if it’s the JAVA question, just download it from http://www.java.com and you don’t have to uninstall it first
But you don’t have to reinstall your internet explorer!
Succes!
