Hi,
One of my visitors has java on his pc, has no firewall, accepts the warning, does everything like it used to be. But don’t get the ‘chatbox’, she gets the page but not the field to chat doesn’t work. she gets a figure like ‘script fauld’ you know, a compartment with a X a . and a /\ you know..
she uses mozilla 4.0 (IE6) and has windows 98
what can be the problem?
More than likely something on her machine has been corrupted. Have her go to http://www.java.com and download the latest java plugin. Hopefully this will solve the problem.
