    One of our chatters cannot read the messages other chatters are posting. She enters the chat room and everyone else can see her postings, but she can only see her own. She uses IE 6.0 She also does not receive any PM’s sent to her.

    We have a plain vanilla operation. Don’t use any of the buttons under the smiley faces. Help!

    Hmz.. weird. Does she uses mIRC?

    I doubt it. She does use AOL Instant Messenger and Yahoo Instant Messenger, but so do others who can chat successfully. Could she have a problem if one of the IM’s that she uses is active at the same time as the chat room?

    No man.. haha.. If she uses a chat program to chat in YOUR chatroom, then. But with the normal webchat it wouldn’t be possible…
