    Syntax: /chanserv SET #roomname TOPICLOCK (ON | OFF)

    Enables or disables the topic lock option for a room.

    When topic lock is set, ChanServ will not allow the

    room topic to be changed except via the SET TOPIC

    command.

    Nothing rhymes with Cindy Crawford after 9 coronas...
