    Syntax: /chanserv SET #roomname TOPIC topic

    Causes ChanServ to set the room topic to the one

    specified. This command is most useful in conjunction

    with SET TOPICLOCK.

    Nothing rhymes with Cindy Crawford after 9 coronas...
