    Syntax: /chanserv SET #roomname SECUREOPS (ON | OFF)

    Enables or disables the secure ops option for a room.

    When secure ops is set, users who are not on the userlist

    will not be allowed room operator status ( @’s ).

    Nothing rhymes with Cindy Crawford after 9 coronas...
