Syntax: /chanserv OP (#roomname (nick))

Ops a selected nick in a room. If nick is not given,

it will op you. If room and nick are not given,

it will op you in all rooms you’re in, provided you

have the rights to.

By default, limited to those with level 5 access and above in the room.
