    Syntax: /chanserv FORBID #roomname (reason)

    Disallows anyone from registering or using the given

    room. May be cancelled by dropping the room.

    Reason may be required on certain networks.

    Limited to Services admins.

    Nothing rhymes with Cindy Crawford after 9 coronas...
