I would like to be on my chat room 24/7 to see who comes in and out. Is there a limit on how many people I can have in a day or month. I know I can only have 100 people at a time.

Actually at this time there is no limits on the rooms other than the limit of the server itself. That means you could have 2000 people in your room if you wanted. Not that a room of that size would be easy to deal with for anyone including the users.
The joining/parting of the room isn’t metered.
At some point, and I believe before Christmas, I’ll be making free rooms limited to 10 users with a maximum of 250 total free room users allowed on the server. Or something like that. LoL this changes daily as I dwell on the costs. :crazy:
