The example rooms to “test drive” are working for you but when you create the code for your room and paste it to your site it fails?

I just went to your site and the chat room opened in a new window and loaded for me. This may be a Mac issue which is not unheard of with this applet. I suggest having the room load into the same page instead of a popup window and see if that works. There is no IE 4.7 so I think your refering to Netscape. If so try the very latest Netscape, 6.2, and see if that works.
