Can you give me the #roomname

Maybe it tells you you’re nickserv password or you chanserv password is wrong.

You have to get them with lost password recovery

do the following thing:

/msg nickserv sendpass yourname

/msg chanserv getkey #roomname

after you have received the information. Use it again to log on to nickserv (/ns identify password)

and chanserv (/cs op)
