The +i mode is for ‘invite only’ room mode. The information displayed by clicking on the ? icon in chat will also give a little more information on +i.

+v voice chat has been answered elswere in the forum just recently. Please search for the answers. But, to answer it again, the +v mode allows users to speak (not an audio thing) in a moderated room. That is, they can send text to the room. I am working on implimenting voice chat but I still haveing found 10 people to donate 10 million dollars (or just 1 with 100 million dollars) to cover the R&D costs. (plus a modest $500 thousand a year CEO sallary for myself of course)
