Not really. Problem is that any type of files being offered suck up bandwidth which is the most expensive part of a site. There’s a ton of ‘free’ web hosts out there so maybe a search on google would help.

I did see a site, http://www.doteasy.com ? I believe that offered a free website with a domain registration. Perhaps spending 20 bucks on a domain would be worth it then.
