I have not changed anything as far as the java applets go. Do they get a popup window? Do they see the applet try to connect to the servers? Does it fail in connecting to the servers? What browsers are they using? Does the java applet load at all?

I haven’t changed anything that would start causing such problems if all was well before. I’m not sure what the cause would be. Perhaps they need Sun Microsystem’s java plugin? Look Here

Hope that helps. If not I’ll need more information. It may be a certificate expiration or something like that. I’ll update the applet this weekend or even tonight if I get some time. Maybe that will fix things. I”m not sure though.
