I have used a paypal donate button on another project I provided for free and was pretty disappointed. I had originally started this site with the idea that advertising would pay for things. Then the internet went bust and dot com’s were dropping all over the place. I’m glad it happened when it did as I was seriously considering getting a second mortgage to pay for some dedicated hardware. I would still love to purchase some dedicated equipment though. Prices have come down considerably and the avialable open source software keeps things inexpensive.
