If you would like to keep your room hidden from all chatters except those that are in your group or that come from your website you will need to change the room’s mode to +s (secret).

To do this as a temp setting type the following, provided you have room operator status:

/mode #RoomName +s

or click on the +S button on the right hand side of your chat room.

To keep the room +s (secret) more permanently the room needs to be registered and you need to have high enough access. Then type the following:

/chanserv set #RoomName mlock +s

or if using the “advanced” room open the “CHANSERV” drop down menu and click on “set mlock” and enter +s and click “OK”.
